Thank you very much for your interest in Sushi Den's donation program.

We have already reached our quota for donation requests for 2011, and are currently accepting requests for 2012. If we feel we can fulfill your request, you will hear back from us within 3 weeks. Due to the extraordinary number of great proposals, your application must be submitted 6 month in advance in order to be given an equal consideration.

We're proud to support many great events. We donate to events and causes that are run by people with a passion for what they do and represent. Please note that we donate our restaurant's gift certificate only and we do not offer any monetary sponsorships and are not able to fulfill any individual or team sponsorships.

Application Submission

1. To submit your event for consideration, please include the following information and e-mail to info@fusionkitchenma.com. Absolutely no phone calls please.
• Your name
• Your relationship to the event
• Name of the event
• Nature of the event
• Date of the event
• Donation request details
• Contact information
2. Once you submit your application, we will contact you if we could fulfill your request. Please note that we are not able to respond to every request we receive.
3. Please do not print our logo on any of your promotional materials without written authorization and confirmation of a donation from us.
